2. Role
Clients rely on GenPX to drive major transformation initiatives involving cloud platforms, enterprise applications, cybersecurity upgrades, and system modernization. The TPM will ensure these programs stay aligned with scope, budget, compliance, and delivery expectations.
3. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects
- Define scope, timelines, risks, and communication plans
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, security, QA, and vendors
- Maintain reporting, documentation, and project governance standards
- Ensure adherence to PMP and Agile methodologies
- Support clients in decision-making, prioritization, and project alignment
4. Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise-level IT projects
- PMP or Agile certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience delivering cloud, application, or security initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Ability to operate in fast-moving consulting environments
